Delete your Personas account

In the app

1. Open Personas and go to the Profile tab, which is your Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Read what will happen, then tap Delete to confirm.

It happens straight away, and it cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your login.
• Your prayer requests.
• Your private notes, tasks and calendar entries.
• People you blocked, and any invitations and join requests you had.

What stays with the organisation

• Messages you sent stay in their conversations, so the people you wrote to can still follow them. Your name and contact details are taken off them.
• Care notes other leaders wrote about you stay with the organisation, because they are theirs. Your member record becomes "Former member", without your name or contact details. To have those notes removed as well, email us from the address on the account.
• Attendance check-ins and feedback you sent keep the name that was typed on them, because they are part of the organisation's records. The text of your messages is not changed either, so anything you wrote about yourself stays in it. Email us to have any of it removed.

If you are the last person in your organisation

If nobody else belongs to your organisation, deleting your account deletes the organisation too, with all of its data.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@think-app.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We action it within 30 days and write back when it is done.
