Prices are in Australian dollars, a month, plus 10% GST. The head of the organisation buys seats on the web, where Stripe takes the card; Personas never sees it. Nothing is sold in the iPhone app.

Three things to know
Members never pay
Anyone who joins with your code is a member: free, with no card and no limit on how many.
A leader is a seat
Everyone who looks after people takes a seat, the head of the organisation included. Add or remove seats on the web whenever you like.
More seats, lower price
Every seat is charged at the price of the band your seat count falls in, so an organisation with ten leaders pays the ten leader price for all ten.

Questions about price
Do the prices include GST?
No. Every price here is plus 10% GST. The calculator shows the GST and the total including it, and so does your invoice.
Can we change the number of leaders?
Yes. The head of the organisation adds or removes seats on the web, in Settings, Plan, Manage billing. The difference is worked out for the rest of the month.
Does the head of the organisation take a seat?
Yes. The head leads too, so the head is one of the leaders. Members never count.
How do we buy?
Sign in to Personas on the web as the head of your organisation, open Settings, Plan, choose your leaders and continue to payment. Stripe takes the card. For a very large organisation, write to us and we set a price with you.
Why can we not pay in the iPhone app?
Plans are bought by the organisation, on the web, by the people who run it. The iPhone app shows your plan and your seats and sells nothing.
Can we cancel?
Yes, on the web, in Settings, Plan, Manage billing. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and members keep their free accounts.
