Squads and coaches

Session notes
After training, log a session note, a call or a message against a player in a few taps. Keep it private if it should be, and set a follow-up.
Training attendance
Put the club's QR code up at training. Players scan it and type their name, and the check-ins land on the Training attendance screen.

News for the whole club, where every player will see it.

Questions
What people ask first.
Does it take club fees or payments?
No. Personas does not take payments or club fees. Registration and fees stay wherever your club keeps them now.
How does training attendance work?
The club has its own QR code. Print it or show it at training, each player scans it and types their name, and the check-in is counted. Nobody needs the app to check in.
Who sees a coach's notes?
A coach sees the players in their own care, and the head coach sees the whole club. A note kept private shows others that a session happened, not what was said.
Is Personas on the App Store?
Not yet. Personas is being prepared for the App Store now. Until it is listed, write to support@think-app.com and we will tell you how to start. We will not show a download button until there is something to download.
What does it cost?
Personas is free during launch. Nothing is sold in the app: there are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. If paid plans ever come, the price will be shown before anyone is asked to pay, and the terms will change first.
Who can see what I write?
A leader sees the people in their own care, the head of the organisation sees all of it, and a member sees announcements and their groups. A note kept private shows others that a visit happened, not what was said. Organisations are kept separate from each other.
